Avery says both have a history of sexually assaulting women. Earl pled no contest to sexually assaulting his two young daughters.
Avery filed in 2009 after his conviction against his brothers, but the recent television show has brought new attention to his claims.
Charles was charged with sexually assaulting his wife by holding her down and trying to strangle her with a phone cord before raping her. The docs also say he had a history of aggression toward women.
One woman came forward and said Charles had repeatedly done drive bys of her house.
All of these women were allegedly harassed by Charles within a month of the time Teresa Halbach went missing.
Steven claims his two brothers had a motive to frame him because they were fighting over the family business.
Since the premier of the documentary for Netflicks a petition with over 200,000 signatures has asked for a pardon for Avery for President Obama.
