Politician Who Put Up “Make America White Again” Campaign Signs

Not sure what this guy was thinking, but Rick Tyler, a candidate for Congress is taking some major heat for his campaign signs that say make “America White Again.”

The sign is located over Highway 411 near Benton, Tennessee by Tyler who is running for Tennessee’s 3rd congressional district seat, WRCB-TV reported. Tyler explained to the station that the sign is not meant to be racist

Tyler says the sign is a call to take America back to better times, “1960s, Ozzie and Harriet, Leave it to Beaver time, when there were no break-ins, no violent crime, no mass immigration.”

According to WRCB-TV, another sign was posted that has a picture of the White House surrounded by Confederate flags and a quote from Martin Luther King Jr.’s I Have A Dream speech.

How do you feel about these signs? They seem a little to edgy to me.
