The Dallas Cowboys‘ team bus, driven by Emory Tyler, was ruled not a fault according to police that resulted in the death of four people.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety issued an update Tuesday, that determined the van failed to yield the right of way at a stop sign State Route 93 and therefore, was hit by the Cowboys bus.
The four victims have been identified as Chinese citizens who were visiting the United States. The ranged in age from 19 to 53. All four men in the van were wearing seat belts.
Police said, notification of the next of kin has not been completed.
None of the Cowboys staff suffered anything other than minor bumps and bruises.\
