Lane Graves, 2, was killed over two months ago at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida and we are still learning new details about the tragedy.
The autopsy for the toddler was released last week confirming the cause of death was cranio-cervical trauma as well as drowning. Now new details were revealed from cast members that Disney was at more fault than originally thought.
The Grand Floridian Resort cast members were allegedly warned about the alligator by other visitors just 45 minutes before Lane was dragged under water.
Shawna Giacomini from North Carolina and her two daughters reported the alligator five feet away from shore at around 8:15 p.m. EST and told the hotel’s movie coordinator about the siting. By 9:00 p.m. when they returned to the beach Lane was already gone.
The family released a statement saying that would not be suing Disney for the accident, but with the new details I feel a lawsuit coming on.
