Toby Sheldon, 35, the man who was paid thousands of dollars to look like Justin Bieber officially died for a cocktail of drugs, according to TMZ.
The autopsy report released by the L.A. County Coroner said he had a combination of the painkillers oxycodone and hydrocodone, diazepam, sleep aids zolpidem and temazepam, alprazolam and alcohol.
Police also found syringes and a bottle of insulin in the San Fernando Valley Motel 6 room where he was found last summer.
The report says there was no foul play. The official cause of death is “multiple drug intoxication.”
Toby had appeared on “Botched” and “My Strange Addiction.” He had a combined $100,000 worth of surgery to look more like the Bieber.
